Treatment Protocol

For finger joint pain:

Treat the inner side of the finger for 8 minutes.

Treat along the line that separates the base of the fingers from the palm.

For toe joint pain:

Treat the length of the big toe for 8 minutes.

Treat the small toe for another 8 minutes.

Treat along the line that separates the base of the toes from the sole of the foot.

For optimal results, repeat the treatment at least twice a day. Pain relief can often be expected within days of treatment.

Each session should last 18–24 minutes, and the treatment can be repeated 2–4 times a day for best results.
