PowerCure Pro Vet

We really like this product, and it is working well on our golden retriever. She is limping less and not at all affected by the treatment. We had these treatments done at the vet office prior to purchase and they helped. Having this at home make it all so much better. Thanks you.

My golden retriever came up lame with a possible partial CCL tear and was limping badly. After a week of using the cold laser she is doing remarkably better. She is 10 years old and surgery is not something we would like to do for her. This unit will likely keep her more comfortable and keep her away from "the knive". Totally recommend this product.

I've been using this device for about a month so far to help relieve some inflammation and pain on my dog's hips. It is working well so far! She had started to have trouble getting up after laying down and wasn't jumping up on the couch or moving around like she used to. The vet checked her out and advised exercise, a couple pounds of weight loss and joint supplements. Pain medication was also available, but I am careful using that on more than a short-term basis as needed.

I've used a similar device in the past for my own aches and pains so I'm familiar with how they work. The one I owned is similar but not nearly as powerful as this one is. I get some occasional aches and pains in the joints myself; fingers, wrists, knees, etc. This PoweCure Pro Vet is actually the same device as the PowerCure Pro for humans, so I tried it on a couple of minor aches. A 5 min session in an area like my wrist/thumb/finger joints gives pretty noticeable pain relief; where it had been a bit painful to curl and extend my fingers before, that short session improved both the pain and flexibility. Confirming that it had a good effect on me, I've been doing 5 minute sessions on each hip of the dog twice a day along with the other recommendations from the vet. I can see she's a little sore about an hour after our daily walk or in the evening time after a day of playing and moving around, After a session on each hip, I help her get up and walk around and I can see the improvement of movement and reduction in stiffness right away! This last week (so daily use for about 4 weeks), she's been getting up on her own and getting up and down off the couch herself which she was not doing before we went to the vet. Note that use of this device is in addition to diet/exercise/supplements, but it clearly helps with reducing pain and inflammation without needing to lean on pain medication.
The device is easy to use and at full charge has enough power to do 6 5 min sessions at full power before I see a bar go down on the battery icon. There's more than enough juice for my daily use, and I plug it back in to charge at end of day or every other day if usage is lighter. It doesn't have memory settings, so it starts every time set to 5 min/low power, but it's a quick couple of buttons to set it up for longer time or more power and start the session. The head cover supplied has a dome shape that is comfortable when used against the skin and you are moving the laser around an area. The screen is bright and it's easy to read the timer so I know when to move to a different point during a session. It might be nice if it had a memory session or gave a slight vibration or low beep every 30s or every minute to help remind you move it, but those are only conveniences. As it is, it is easy to use and effective, great tool for some pain relief for the dog and yourself!
