PowerCure Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in pristine, resaleable condition:

  • Appearance: Free from stains, scratches, discoloration, or foreign marks (e.g., ink, dye, medical residue).
  • Usage: Unused, unworn, with all original tags attached.
  • Packaging: Original packaging with all included accessories and manuals.
  • Proof: Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Note: Items with permanent stains or physical damage that cannot be restored may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee (see Section 7).

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@powercure.com to request a return.
  2. If approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your package.

Important:

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping, which is non-refundable.
  • Recommended Service: Use a trackable shipping method or purchase insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
  • Documentation: Include your order number and contact information inside the package for timely processing.

4. Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to help distinguish between shipping damage and usage-related wear.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • Used personal care products (for hygiene and safety)

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off

EU customers may cancel within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must meet eligibility requirements (original condition, no stains, original packaging).

7. Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved: Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Partial Refund / Restocking Fee: If returned used, damaged, or without original packaging, a partial refund may be issued or a restocking fee of 15–50% may apply.
  • Rejected: Items that are severely damaged or unsalvageable will be denied a refund; they can be returned to you at your expense.
