Nerve Pain / Radiculopathy / Sciatica

Middle-aged and elderly men are particularly prone to this condition. In its early stages, symptoms often appear as occasional, temporary pain in the lower limbs. Over time, the pain intensifies and becomes more widespread, radiating from the lower back to the buttocks and even the thighs. It typically progresses from intermittent discomfort to persistent, chronic pain.

Causes of Nerve Pain/ Radicular / Sciatica

Nerve pain, radicular pain, or sciatica is typically caused by compression, inflammation, or injury to the sciatic nerve or surrounding tissues. Common sources include herniated discs, spinal stenosis, or degenerative disc disease, which irritate the nerve roots. This results in pain that radiates from the lower back down through the buttocks, back of the thigh, and into the calf or foot. Prolonged pressure on the nerve can lead to chronic pain, numbness, tingling, or muscle weakness in the affected areas.

Treatment Options

  • Light physical exercise
  • Oral anti-inflammatory medications
  • Hormonal therapy

Pain-Free Movement Starts Here – Try PowerCure for Sciatica Relief

What Is PowerCure? What Can It Help with?

PowerCure combines four 808nm medical-grade lasers and twelve 650nm home-use laser diodes. This advanced configuration allows the device to penetrate deep into the tissue, relieving pain, reducing inflammation, promoting tissue repair and cellular regeneration, enhancing blood flow, and minimizing fibrous tissue formation.

Treatment Protocol

The device should be applied along the sciatic nerve pathway.

Each area—from the lumbosacral region to the gluteal fold, the back of the thigh, and the back of the calf—should be treated for 6–8 minutes.

We recommend using the device twice a day, for approximately 30 minutes per session. One treatment course lasts 5 days, followed by a 2-day break. A total of two treatment courses is recommended.

Treatment results may vary from person to person. For noticeable and lasting pain relief, it’s important to use the device consistently.

Focus on treating sensitive or painful areas below the waist and hips. The outer side of the calf should also be treated for 6–8 minutes per site, 2–4 times per day.
